We are conveniently located in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Tampa Field Office Plaza. Since 1989 we have been specializing in providing an extensive selection of comprehensive physical exams to the community and employers throughout the Tampa Bay area. Below is a brief summary of our services.

Our medical director, Dr. Hisham Zafari, an Authorized Civil Surgeon appointed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, manages a bilingual, experienced staff including a Certified Physician’s Assistant (PA-C), Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Radiological Technician (CRT), and Certified Phlebotomist (CP) all dedicated to making our patients feel as comfortable as possible.
